While serving as Sr. Vice President of Shelter Mortgage’s Florida Operations, Natasha Cartagena Spencer has been an invaluable liaison to realtors and residential construction builders. Natasha has served on the board of FHBA since 2012 and was FHBA 2nd Vice President during 2020 at both the State and local levels. 

Natasha’s career in the residential mortgage lending industry has spanned over 26 years. Her areas of specialization have included builder and realtor relationships, origination, and development of mortgage products and services that ultimately enhance long-term business results. Widely regarded as a seasoned expert within the industry, Natasha also takes great pride in her involvement in community and philanthropic endeavors.
